No per-user or platform fees. Issue cards with spend controls, connect Gmail so receipt emails are available in Rho, and sync reconciled spend to QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Puzzle.
Rho is a fintech company, not a bank. Checking and card services provided by Webster Bank, a division of Santander Bank, N.A., member FDIC, and by Lead Bank, Member FDIC; savings account services provided by American Deposit Management Co. and its partner banks.

Your team moves. You don't slow it down
Set approval rules by amount or team and let the right person review the right spend. Stay in the loop on what matters — skip the rest.

The rules apply before the money leaves
Off-policy spend gets flagged the moment the card is used -- not when you're closing the books. Set it once and Rho handles it every time.

Stop being the receipt cop
Your team uploads and codes receipts the second they spend. Books close without a single Slack asking for documentation.

Rho expense management is the set of tools that control card spend, capture receipts, route approvals, and code transactions for your accounting software, in one platform with no per-user or platform fees. It sits between your spend and your books, so spend gets controlled before it happens instead of reported after the fact. Coded transactions sync to your accounting software the moment they close, so the books stay current without a separate export step.

Start with the fee schedule. A platform that charges per user gets more expensive exactly as the team that needs expense management most starts to grow. Check whether the accounting integrations you actually use are native or a lighter bank-feed connection, since that difference determines how much manual work survives the "automation." Confirm any cashback claim states a real annual cap and doesn't quietly let the top tier read as the standard rate. Rho charges $0 per user and per platform, connects natively to QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Puzzle, and states cashback as up to 2% on Daily Terms with Rho Platinum (terms apply), 1.25% standard on Daily Terms (terms apply), on up to $1,000,000 in eligible annual card spend.
- $0 per user and per platform, on every plan

- Cashback up to 2% on Daily Terms with Rho Platinum (terms apply), 1.25% standard on Daily Terms (terms apply), on up to $1,000,000 in eligible annual card spend
